Since its establishment in 1992, Domino Tekstil has been manufacturing and exporting woven-fabric apparel products to the world’s leading ready-to-wear customers — most notably brands from European countries with global sales operations — and continues its activities with an experienced and expert staff, a strong understanding of quality and sustainability, business ethics, and social responsibility awareness.
Domino Tekstil’s factory was established in Bolu as an example of founder Umut Oran’s mission, which he had embraced since 1996, of “creating employment in Anatolia,” and began operations in 1997 on a site of 30,000 m² open and 10,000 m² covered area.
Domino Tekstil, an integrated garment manufacturing facility, currently employs 500 people. During his time as Chairman of the Board, Oran ensured that Domino employees had a voice in management; after entering politics, he handed over management, authority, and responsibility to a Board of Directors made up of the company’s own employees.
