More than thirty years ago, together with a handful of colleagues, we set out in 1992 with clear goals and promises we made to ourselves.

We are fortunate to have worked for Türkiye, investing in local jobs, livelihoods, and social harmony across Anatolia. For more than 30 years, working with unity, solidarity, discipline, and dedication, we reached the goals we set for ourselves one after another, and opened up to the world.

We raised our standards to the level of Europe, of the world. At a time when it wasn’t even widespread in Europe, we adopted and applied the principle that production must be in harmony with the environment, with living beings, and with the people living in the region — and that sustainability must be the foundation in every respect.

With a consciousness that puts people, living beings, and the environment first, our principles — which we will never abandon — are:

• Customer satisfaction
• Employee satisfaction
• Supplier satisfaction
• Public satisfaction

Yet despite all the success we achieved, we never forgot that “change is the real power.” And so in 2010, we transitioned to a brand-new model — one Türkiye had never seen before, but one we believed would become far more widespread in the future — by transferring all authority and responsibility to the company’s employees and to a Board of Directors formed from among them. In doing so, we showed everyone that participation, sharing, and solidarity can also be realized in business life, and became an organization that governs itself.

Now, as we mark our thirtieth year, we are working on the changes and strategic transformations that will carry Domino Tekstil into the years ahead. Never forgetting people, the environment, and sustainability, and conscious of our responsibility to our country, we are turning our direction toward Industry 4.0 and the revolution in digital technology. We are searching for new models so that we may continue serving our beautiful Türkiye for many more thirty-year spans to come. In both our management and production processes, we base ourselves on sustainability, transparency, traceability, accountability, reliability, and the awareness and responsibility of self-regulation.

Drawing strength from our past, as we work to carry Domino Tekstil toward new horizons and a better future, we reaffirm our belief together with all our team members:
