According to the provisions of Article 32.1 of the ILO and UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, the company undertakes that it will not employ people who have not turned the age of 16 by completing the age of 15,
• It will respect the prospective employees and current employees’ individual rights and cultural differences, and will not take any actions that may be regarded as discrimination (religious, language, ethnicity, pregnancy status, union membership or similar), suppression and harassment in the recruitment process directly or indirectly,
• It will create a work environment based on volunteeriness of employees and basic human rights, and will not apply any of the forms of forced labor such as receiving guarantees, seizure of personal documents, and convicted labor,
• İt will not engage in an activity that would prevent workers from establishing and joining unions freely and democratically, and from exercising their collective bargaining rights,
• It will create mechanisms that enable employees to convey their wishes, complaints and suggestions, both individually and collectively, and allow employees to freely choose a representative they can enter into dialogue, and evaluate all the feedback received from employees and share their results with them,
• It will not apply any form of practices such as pressure, harassment, and ill-treatment to the employees, and will take necessary measures to prevent them from occurring within the company,
• It will fulfill employees’ salary payments, overtime payments, social insurance and all other rights as specified in the relevant laws,
• It will make the necessary arrangements for working hours (normal work and overtime work) to comply with legal and customer standards, ensure all overtime work will be on a voluntary basis,
• It will provide training on including but not limited to legal rights, practices in the company, payment system in order to increase employees’ awareness of social issues,
• It will raise the awareness of the employees in order not to have any disciplinary incident within the company, but in case of a disciplinary incident (a situation contrary to the company rules or the law, etc.), it will establish and operate the necessary mechanisms in order not to make any employee unjustified and not take any illegal actions in this process;
• It will carry out its production processes in approved production units within the company and will not send any product to another production unit without approval,
• By adopting environmentally friendly production methods, it will measure, analyze and reduce its environmental impact (air pollution, waste water quality, proper removal and disposal of solid wastes, etc.),
• It will carry out the above-mentioned activities within the logic of the management system and will measure, analyze and continuously improve its results.
